Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits
Benefits are Available if You are Unable to Return to Your Job
For injuries before January 1, 2004: You may qualify for vocational rehabilitation benefits if you are unable to return to your job due to a workers' compensation injury. Vocational rehabilitation may be as simple as modifying your current job to accommodate your limitations, or may involve training for a new job. Our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors will help you obtain any needed services upon your request.
If you are represented by an attorney, you may agree to settle your right to future vocational rehabilitation with a one-time payment up to $10,000.
