Introduction to State Contracts Online Claims Access (SOLCA)

This package provides the information needed for your agency to address claims data on State Fund (SCIF) computers. To use the package, you must have access to the Internet and a Windows-based computer. In addition, your information processing staff should review the technical information on the firewall, hardware, and software requirements. A list of State Fund contacts are included to provide phone assistance as needed.

A quick review: To access SOLCA, you will need a Windows PC running 95/98/2000/NT 4.0+, a Web browser (SCIF recommends Internet Explorer), and SECURE CRT, which your agency installed.
