Online Claims Access Procedures

Attention: Workers' Compensation Manager

  • Contact your local systems administrator to:
    • Determine if access will be through your firewall, OR
      Determine if access will be through an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
    • Review the information for Firewall Setup (if applicable).
    • Review the Secure Shell Access Process.
    • Review the client-side software installation (SECURE CRT).
  • Obtain clearance from your local systems administrator for:
    • Firewall access, OR
      ISP access.
    • SOLCA Installation (completed).
  • Prepare e-mail request for SOLCA and send to states@scif.com
  • Maintenance Problems:
    • Send a request via e-mail (Subject: Trouble Ticket) to states@scif.com.
    • If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact SOLCA Maintenance at (415) 703-7053

Note: State Fund will issue a Hardware token (fob) to each client upon installation of the VanDyke licensed software. You must return broken and expired fobs to State Fund for exchange.
