Online Claims Access Procedures
Attention: Workers' Compensation Manager
- Contact your local systems administrator to:
- Determine if access will be through your firewall, OR
Determine if access will be through an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Review the information for Firewall Setup (if applicable).
- Review the Secure Shell Access Process.
- Review the client-side software installation (SECURE CRT).
- Obtain clearance from your local systems administrator for:
- Firewall access, OR
ISP access.
- SOLCA Installation (completed).
- Prepare e-mail request for SOLCA and send to states@scif.com
- Maintenance Problems:
- Send a request via e-mail (Subject: Trouble Ticket) to states@scif.com.
- If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact SOLCA Maintenance at (415) 703-7053
- Information, Questions, Problems:
Note: State Fund will issue a Hardware token (fob) to each client upon installation of the VanDyke licensed software. You must return broken and expired fobs to State Fund for exchange.
