Electronic copies of brokerages' monthly commission statements are now available on State Fund Online. Statements can be viewed or printed as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Commission statement information can also be downloaded as Excel spreadsheet files for convenient processing.

Beginning Thursday, June 1, 2006, State Fund will no longer send paper copies of commission statements with the monthly commission checks.  The checks will continue to be sent to the brokerage as usual. However, as of June 1, 2006, brokerages will need to use State Fund Online to view, print, or download commission statement information.

Brokerage staff enrolled to use State Fund Online as either Principals or Commission Techs can access the commission statement information.  Brokers who need access to this commission information, should contact their State Fund Broker Liaison so that their State Fund Online account can be processed or updated as necessary.
