Employers have an easy way to gain control of rising claims costs: report the claim promptly! The sooner employers report the claim, the sooner they can:

Remember, filing the Employer’s Report of Occupational Injury or Illness does NOT constitute an admission of liability.

  • Calling our toll-free 24-hour Claims Reporting Center. Our knowledgeable representatives can complete the Employer’s Report for policyholders over the phone and mail them a copy.

  • Faxing the completed Employer’s Report to our toll-free fax line. A representative will contact the policyholder if we need any additional information.
