Forms and Assistance: Where You Can Get More Information
- Your Broker. If you obtained your State Fund policy through a broker, you can contact your broker for assistance with audit information too.
- Our Web site. Our brochure entitled Audit Questions & Answers contains additional tips to help clarify the auditing process. This online version is available for download in four languages (English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese) from the Informational Materials page.
- Our Customer Service Center. You can call our Customer Service Center Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We can provide you with answers to questions, and we can send you the free, color-print, hard-copy version of our audit brochure.
- Your District Office. The State Fund District Office that services your policy is always ready to assist you.
